These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Housie Classic mobile application, website, and related services operated by AppQivo ("AppQivo", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Housie Classic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Housie Classic is a digital Housie/Tambola game available through supported platforms, including Google Play and the Housie Classic web experience. Features may include digital tickets, number calling, private rooms, online and offline gameplay, ticket sharing, winning-pattern verification, themes, and other game features described in the current product experience.

Features, screens, availability, and supported devices may change over time.

2. Eligibility and responsible use

You may use Housie Classic only in compliance with applicable laws and the rules of the platform from which you access it. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the service is lawful in your location.

Housie Classic is intended for entertainment and social gameplay. You must not use the service for unlawful gambling, fraud, money laundering, abuse, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

3. Accounts, rooms, and invite codes

Where the service provides rooms, invite codes, or similar functionality, you are responsible for using them appropriately and for not intentionally sharing access in a way that facilitates abuse or unauthorized activity.

You must not impersonate another person, interfere with another player's experience, attempt to gain unauthorized access to rooms or systems, or exploit bugs or security vulnerabilities.

4. Gameplay and virtual items

Game results, number draws, ticket generation, prize-pattern calculations, claims, and verification are part of the entertainment experience. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

If Housie Classic offers virtual rewards, spins, themes, markers, or other digital items, those items are for use within the service, have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise, and may be changed or removed as the product evolves.

5. Purchases

If paid features or in-app purchases are offered, purchases may be processed through the applicable app store or payment provider. Their own terms, refund rules, and payment policies may apply. We do not control the payment infrastructure operated by third parties.

6. User content and sharing

You may choose to share tickets, invite codes, winner information, or other game-related content using third-party services. You are responsible for the information you choose to share and for complying with the terms of the service you use to share it.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not: reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law; bypass security or access controls; interfere with servers or networks; introduce malicious code; automate abusive requests; manipulate game results; exploit bugs; infringe another person's rights; or use Housie Classic for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

8. Intellectual property

Housie Classic, its software, branding, logos, artwork, promotional materials, text, design, and other original content are owned by or licensed to AppQivo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Third-party services and links

Housie Classic may link to or depend on third-party services such as Google Play, hosting providers, and messaging platforms. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and policies. AppQivo is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

10. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Housie Classic, temporarily or permanently, including individual features, game modes, rooms, digital items, or web functionality. We may also perform maintenance, updates, or security changes without prior notice when reasonably necessary.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Housie Classic is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that the service will always be free from errors or defects.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppQivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of Housie Classic, including loss of data, interruption of gameplay, or reliance on game information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, our rights, or to address violations of these Terms or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Housie Classic changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to AppQivo's place of operation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
