AppQivo ("AppQivo", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use the Housie Classic mobile application, the Housie Classic website, and related support services.

This policy is adapted from AppQivo's existing website privacy policy and updated for Housie Classic. The current Google Play listing states that Housie Classic does not collect data, does not share data with third parties, and encrypts data in transit.

1. Information collected by Housie Classic

Based on the current Google Play Data Safety declaration, Housie Classic does not collect personal data from users through the app. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information with third parties for their own purposes.

The game may communicate with its online services when online functionality is used. Information necessary to provide the requested game functionality is handled for that purpose and is not described by us as personal-data collection unless the Google Play Data Safety declaration is updated accordingly.

2. Website and server logs

Like many websites, the hosting infrastructure used to operate the website may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, Internet Service Provider, date and time, referring or exit pages, and similar diagnostic information. Such information may be used for security, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, administration, and understanding general website usage.

We do not use these technical logs to intentionally build personal profiles of visitors.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The Housie Classic promotional website is designed to work without requiring advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser or hosting infrastructure may nevertheless use technically necessary mechanisms required to deliver web content securely and reliably.

If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those technologies are introduced, where required by applicable law.

4. Advertising and third-party services

We may link to or rely on third-party services such as Google Play, web hosting providers, messaging applications such as WhatsApp when you choose to share content, and other services needed to operate or distribute Housie Classic. Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

We do not control how third parties process information after you leave our website or use their services. You should review the applicable third-party privacy policy before providing information to them.

5. Support and communications

If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, device information, screenshots, or details about a problem. We use that information to respond to your request, provide support, investigate issues, and maintain the service.

6. Children's privacy

Housie Classic is rated for Everyone on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

7. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled in connection with the service. Google Play currently indicates that data transmitted by Housie Classic is encrypted in transit.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Data retention and deletion

Because the current Google Play declaration states that Housie Classic does not collect user data, we do not maintain a separate user-data retention database for personal information collected through the app. Information voluntarily sent to support may be retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the request, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights.

9. Your choices

You may choose not to provide information when contacting support. You can also control cookies through your browser settings and control permissions granted to third-party services through their respective settings.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Housie Classic, our website, applicable law, or our data practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
